Supreme Court Refers Arshad Sharif Murder Case to Larger Bench

ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Monday referred the case of journalist Arshad Sharif’s murder back to a three-judge committee, established under the Supreme Court (Practice and Procedure) Act, 2023, for re-fixing before a five-judge bench.
