Patna, December 2024:
The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) on Monday released a new dates schedule for counselling in the BPSC TRE 3.0, meanwhile it is also probing a case of malpractices in the 70th Combined Preliminary Examination.
The counselling dates for BPSC TRE 3.0, which were earlier scheduled from December 9 to December 31, have been advanced to December 20, 2024, to January 7, 2025. The process will be held for 1,06,617 qualified candidates who are headmasters, teachers for primary and upper primary levels, and those who passed the second competency exam.

Dates for Counselling: December 20 and 21
No. of Candidates: 5,971
Primary and Upper Primary Teachers (Classes 1 to 8):Counselling Dates: 23 to 28 December
Number of Candidates: 21,911 (Class 1-5)
16,989 (Class 6-8)
Second Competency Exam Candidates:
Counselling Dates: 30 December 2024 – 7 January 2025
Number of Candidates: 66,143
Irregularities Allegations in 70th Combined Preliminary Exam
While tackling the process of TRE, the BPSC is also responding to the allegations of misappropriations in the conduct of 70th Combined Preliminary Examination, specially at Bapu Campus Examination Centre.Key Allegations:
