1. GHQ Attack Case: Nine More PTI Leaders Indicted

Nine more were indicted on Monday in the GHQ attack case, taking the number of accused to 98. Among them are:

All the accused had denied the charges during the hearing. Last week, PTI founder and former Prime Minister Imran Khan was also indicted in the same case.Key Developments:
The prosecution requested the court to cancel the bail of absent accused, claiming deliberate attempts to delay proceedings.
Out of 119 accused, 98 have now been indicted.
Former Prime Minister Imran Khan and senior PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi were brought from custody to attend the hearing.
The court adjourned the proceedings until December 19.
2. 61 PTI Supporters Discharged in Islamabad

4 workers discharged, while 90 were sent back to police custody for a two-day physical remand.Tarnol Police:
Presented 63 individuals before the court.
57 discharged, with 6 remaining under remand for further investigation.Court Intervention:
PTI’s legal counsel accused police of rearresting individuals already discharged.
Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra intervened, leaving the courtroom to confront police officers and ordered immediate release of discharged individuals.
3. 40 Protesters Sent to Judicial Remand in Islamabad

The court sent 40 protesters to jail on judicial remand.
Police requested physical remand to continue investigations.
PTI’s legal counsel strongly opposed the plea, arguing that:
Many of the accused were innocent laborers arrested from locations unrelated to the protests.

4. Lahore ATC Declares 11 PTI Workers as Proclaimed Offenders

Proclamations had been issued, but the suspects did not appear or cooperate.
